We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the products that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Our email acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
The prices payable for products that you order are as set out in our website. Goods on this website are priced in GBP and include VAT at 15%. You will be required to pay our charges for delivery. Our delivery charges are set out here.
We at Bernstock Speirs wish to offer the best quality stock and customer service. If, after receipt of your goods you find any faults or incorrect items, we will arrange either a refund or a replacement product. Customers must notify Bernstock Speirs of any returns within 20 days from the date you receive the ordered product and proof of purchase will be required.
Unused items in new condition may be returned to our contact address for a full refund at any time up to 20 days after receipt. The purchase price (excluding postage) for the returned items will be credited to your account within 10 working days.
